   • Put the mouthpiece to your lips and breathe in quickly and deeply. Do not breathe in through your nose.
   • After breathing in the medicine, hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out slowly for as long as you can.
4. Close the mouthpiece
   • Closing the mouthpiece cover will move the lever back to the start position. This will cause the dose counter to count down by one dose, telling you how many doses are left.
   • The inhaler is now ready to use for your next dose.
5. Rinse your mouth out
   • Rinse your mouth out with water after you inhale the medicine. Spit the water out. Do not swallow it.
