An Enrollment Specialist will reach out to you for a personalized welcome call. During this conversation, we’ll discuss the medications we can assist you with, and you will only be charged if we can help.
Once we receive the required paperwork, which is needed only once per year, your first order will typically be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. After that, we will manage your ongoing refills month after month.
Medications are delivered directly to your home or healthcare providers office. Our dedicated team manages your account month after month, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your health.
Make sure you still have a few weeks supply of medication during the beginning of the process. Your first order of medication is typically received 2 to 4 weeks after all requested paperwork is received from you and your healthcare provider. Rest assured, once your initial shipment of medication arrives, we will take care of managing your medication refills ongoing for the entire year.
