  • If you are a male taking Kisqali, you may have fertility problems.
  • Talk to your doctor about your medical history including if you have had heart or liver problems; or problems with the amount of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, or magnesium in your blood.
  • Let your doctor know about any other medications you are taking including over-the-counter medications and vitamins.
  • Notify your doctor and seek medical help right away if you begin to experience signs of an allergic reaction or serious side effects.
