Tracking information for your medication

At this time, we do not send tracking information for every medication order placed.

Once your medication order gets placed, we’ll email and text you to keep you updated. At that time, you will have an estimated arrival date for each medication order placed in your account.

Estimated date of arrival

Currently, you can view an estimated date of arrival by logging in to your online account. Here you will see each medication’s status, whether it is pending, processing, or has an estimated arrival date, by following these steps.

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Click “Medications” in the navigation
  3. Verify you are on the tab that says “Prescription”  tracking information for your medication
  4. From here, you will be able to see a list of each medication
  5. If the order for that medication has been placed, you will see an estimated arrival date associated with that medication

In the future, we will update all our patients when Prescription Hope can provide tracking information for your medication via email for every shipment.

Please Note: The medication order may get delivered to your healthcare provider’s office, depending on the medication type.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my medication?

In most cases, when a patient asks where their medication is, Prescription Hope is most likely waiting on documents to be returned from you and/or your healthcare provider.

Suppose Prescription Hope is waiting on these required documents. In that case, we will notify you 3-4 times a week for 30 days through email and text communications if you have opted in to receive notifications. We highly recommend that you are opt-in to both email and text notifications, so you know what to expect with your medication orders.

Please Note: If Prescription Hope does not receive the required documents from you and your healthcare provider within 60 days of submitting your enrollment form or adding a new medication to your account, Prescription Hope will automatically close your medication. If all medications on your account have been closed, your account will be closed as well.

Why can’t I get tracking information for my medication?

Prescription Hope is a service-based company that orders medication through the pharmaceutical manufacturer’s patient assistance programs. Some pharmaceutical manufacturers will provide us with specific tracking information for your medication, and some will not.

We do our best to get as much information as possible from the pharmaceutical companies to each customer. If you have further questions about tracking information for your medication, please contact us here.

My medication’s estimated arrival date passed, and I did not receive my medication

If your medication did not arrive on the date of estimated delivery, follow these steps.

For medication(s) normally delivered to your home address:

  1. Please double-check your medication supplies to make sure that they did not get overlooked.
  2. If your mailing address has changedlog in to your online account to update your address. If your medication could have been shipped to your previous address, contact us immediately.

For medication(s) normally delivered to your healthcare provider’s office:

  1. Please call your healthcare provider’s office and ask a member of the nursing staff to check in the following areas for your medication(s):
    • The sample drawer/closet
    • The healthcare provider’s personal desk, inside and out
    • For insulins, have the refrigerators checked (even the break room refrigerator)

(The medication is in a box addressed to the healthcare provider. On the inside of the box, there is an invoice that has your information on it.)

  1. If your healthcare provider’s office address has changedlog in to your online account to update your healthcare provider’s office address. If your medication could have been shipped to your healthcare provider’s previous address, contact us immediately.
  2. If you recently changed doctors,  log in to your online account to add a new healthcare provider to your account. If your medication could have been shipped to your previous healthcare provider, contact us immediately.

Please Note: Contact us immediately with any change of address, phone number, medication, dosages, or healthcare provider. This information is required to order your medication(s) successfully.
