Talking to your healthcare provider about Prescription Hope
Prescription Hope will need to contact your healthcare provider to request the required documents to process your medication orders. Because of this, we keep in contact with your healthcare provider to ensure your account stays up to date.
Keeping up with your text messages and email will allow you to get Prescription Hope’s notifications if we need help reaching your healthcare provider(s). If you are having trouble receiving messages from us, try adding Prescription Hope to your contacts.
No problem. We’re happy to work with all of your prescribers to ensure you always have the medication you need.
Once you submit your enrollment form, please let your healthcare providers know that Prescription Hope is your preferred method to receive your medication.
They can call to speak with a representative about your account, and they can send us the appropriate information directly using the following information:

Please Note: Prescriptions for controlled substances will get shipped to your healthcare provider’s office. You will be responsible for picking your medication up from them.
