Switching to Prescription Hope is simple.

Prescription Hope is a medication access service-based company that streamlines patient assistance programs for individuals who qualify to make their medication affordable.

Prescription Hope is NOT an insurance product, coupon card, discount program, or pharmacy, so there will be a few things you need to know when switching to Prescription Hope.

We are enrolling you in programs

Once all requested paperwork is received from you and your healthcare provider, your first order of medication is typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, we then continue to manage ongoing refills month after month.

As soon as you and your healthcare provider have responded entirely to Prescription Hope’s requests for documentation, Prescription Hope can then order your medication.

You will need to have medication on hand during your 2-4 weeks enrollment period with the pharmaceutical manufacturer’s patient assistance program. After your initial enrollment period, we will make sure that all refills arrive on time so that you never have a lapse in coverage.

Please Note: We do NOT manufacture, store, or ship your medication.

We charge monthly

We charge a monthly service fee of $60.00 for each medication received through Prescription Hope’s services. Since our services start as soon as we are confident we can get your medication for free, we start charging you our monthly service fee. You will get charged your first service fee of $60.00 a month through Prescription Hope’s medication access service for each medication during your 2-4 week enrollment period.

It can be challenging to budget for your medication each month at the pharmacy when medication prices constantly change.

With Prescription Hope, it will always be $60.00 a month through Prescription Hope’s medication access service for each medication. You may receive up to 90 days of medicine at one time, depending on the program providing your prescription. You will still get charged $60.00 for each medication monthly, even if you received 90 days of medications upfront.

We don’t have local stores

Instead, Prescription Hope accepts online enrollment forms and communicates with you and your healthcare provider through phone, email, and mail to process your medication order with the pharmaceutical manufacturers.

You will receive your medication through mail at your home or healthcare provider’s office, depending on the pharmaceutical manufacturer that ships your medication.

Need to talk to someone? You can call to speak to a Prescription Hope representative at 1-877-296-HOPE(4673). Our friendly customer care team is available Monday through Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm EST via phone.

Need your medication while your switching

If you need medication now, we recommend you talk to your healthcare provider to see if they have sample medication available.

You can also see if your healthcare provider will prescribe a temporary weekly supply of your medication. A weekly supply will allow you to pay less at the pharmacy during your 2-4 weeks enrollment period compared to a monthly supply of medication.
