Setting your payment preferences

Prescription Hope asks you to have a payment method on file to cover your Prescription Hope service fee. Prescription Hope’s service manages programs so that you can receive brand-name medication for free from the pharmaceutical manufacturer who supplies the medication.

Add a payment method

When you enroll online, you can add a debit card or credit card as your payment method. You can update your payment preferences anytime from your online account.

Your billing schedule

By default, Prescription Hope charges your card the same day every month. The default day we set will be the day of the month your first payment is accepted. You can view or print your invoices on your account.

Will not take my card for payment?

  • Make sure the address correlated with your billing information is correct and up to date.
