Patient assistance programs that Prescription Hope works with do not offer any of the following at this time:

• Vitamins
• Test strips
• Glucose monitors
• Medical devices
• Medical supplies

We are constantly working on ways to help individuals save money on their medication costs. If you are a Prescription Hope patient, you will get an update via email or text message if we can offer anything that may help you. Make sure to look out for messages from Prescription Hope in your email and text messages for any updates available to you if you opted in to receive notifications from Prescription Hope. To make sure you are receiving our messages properly, follow these steps. 

Please Note: The pharmaceutical manufacturers may change their programs at any time and add or remove medication from their program. Since Prescription Hope is a service that enrolls patients in the pharmaceutical manufacturer’s program, Prescription Hope has no control over which medications they add or remove, with or without notice.

Suppose your medication is not on our list. In that case, we suggest anyone looking to save money on brand-name medication submit an enrollment form with Prescription Hope. Remember that we will never charge you if we cannot enroll you in patient assistance programs. Once you have been pre-qualified and your first charge has been paid but we find we can’t get your medication, you will be refunded any service fees paid for the medication.
