Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are concerned about medication recalls.

Prescription Hope is a medication access service that streamlines patient assistance programs for individuals who qualify to make their medication affordable.

Suppose you request to enroll in a recalled medication:

• We will immediately stop enrolling any recalled medications
• We will contact individuals enrolled with Prescription Hope who are affected by medication recalls
• If required, we’ll cancel the enrollment for that medication on your account
• We’ll then work with your healthcare provider to find an appropriate replacement for you.

In that case, we will notify you and work with your healthcare provider to find an appropriate replacement.
