1. Log in to your Prescription Hope account
2. As soon as you log in, on the dashboard screen, navigate to the “Upload Documents” field  
3. Click the “Submit Documents” button                           
4. Either drag and drop or choose the files from your computer you would like to upload
5. Click the “Upload” button
