To change or update alternate contacts on your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Prescription Hope account
- Click “Account Settings” in the navigation under your name
- Navigate to the field that says “Alternate Contact”
- You have the option of adding 3 alternate contacts
- Click the “Edit” button next to the field you would like to update
- Enter the updated alternate contact information you would like to have associated with your account
- Click the “Save” button
