How to earn free monthly services

Earn free monthly services for referring others to Prescription Hope. Our patient referral program is simple:

• Refer Others: Tell friends and family about Prescription Hope’s medication savings.
• Referral Becomes Enrolled: When the person you referred gets approved into their patient assistance program through Prescription Hope, you receive a free month.
• Receive Your Savings: Your account will update to reflect the free month of service for the following billing period.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can provide.

To receive a free month of services, have your referral follow these steps: 

1. Go to www.PrescriptionHope.com (You can always send them this link.)
2. Click the “Get Started” button at the top right corner of their screen
3. Create an account with Prescription Hope
4. Next, they will submit the enrollment form with their information

Please Note: While filling out the enrollment form, the individual you referred MUST enter your full name into the “How Did You Hear About Us” field in the patient information section of the enrollment form.

Where to put your name

In the “How Did You Hear About Us,” they will:

1. Select the option “Referred by a current member of Prescription Hope”
2. They will enter your full name and phone number so we can verify you are in our system to apply a free month of services to your account
