How to change my preferred name

To change your preferred name on your account, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Prescription Hope account
2. Click “Account Settings” in the navigation under your name                                 
3. Navigate to the field that says “Preferred Name”
4. Click the “Edit” button next to the field you would like to update                                                               
5. Enter the name you prefer to be associated with your account when you call-in
6. Click the “Save” button
