How do I change my password?

To change the password to your account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Prescription Hope account
2. Click “Account Settings” in the navigation under your name
3. Navigate to the field that says “Password”
4. Click the “Change Password” button next to the “password” field                                     
5. Enter the new password you would like to be associated with your account  
6. Click the “Save” button

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password, then follow these steps:

• Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the login window     
• You will get prompted to type in the email address associated with your account
• Prescription Hope will send a temporary pin will be sent to that email   
• Use the pin in the email to log in to your account
  • Please Note: Each temporary pin expires 15 minutes after it has been sent
• After logging in with the temporary pin, you will be able to reset your password for future use
