- Click the “Change Password” button next to the “password” field
- Enter the new password you would like to be associated with your account

What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forgot your password, then follow these steps:
- Click the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the login window
- You will get prompted to type in the email address associated with your account
- Prescription Hope will send a temporary pin will be sent to that email
- Use the pin in the email to log in to your account
- Please Note: Each temporary pin expires 15 minutes after it has been sent
- After logging in with the temporary pin, you will be able to reset your password for future use
