How to add my allergies and conditions

To add allergies and conditions to your account, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Prescription Hope account
2. Click “Account Settings” in the navigation under your name                                   
3. Navigate to the field that says “Allergies” or “Conditions”      
4. Click the “Add Allergy” or “Add Condition” button                             
5. Enter the allergy or condition you are looking to add
6. Click the “Save” button
