Why does your number show up as scam likely?

Anytime you receive a call, your cellular carrier decides how the Caller ID will get shown on your phone. Recently, most (800, 888, and 877) area codes get marked as “Scam Likely” from the cellular carrier.

If you don’t want to see the “Scam Likely” tag at all, phone carriers say you can contact their customer support or go to a retail store and ask them to disable the Scam ID feature.

Can I fax back my documents?

Can you fax the documents to my healthcare provider?

No, we can not fax documents to your healthcare provider.

All documents sent to or requested from your healthcare provider must be the original document and signature.

How can I find out if my healthcare provider has responded to your request?

You can check your online account to see if we have received your healthcare provider’s documentation.
