How to add a new healthcare provider to your account

To add a new healthcare provider to your account, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Prescription Hope account
2. Click “Medications” in the navigation                                                                           
3. Navigate to the “Healthcare Provider” tab
4. Click the “New provider” button below the field                                                       
5. Please enter the new healthcare provider you would like to have added to your account and attach a medication they prescribe you
6. Click the “Save Healthcare Provider” button
