How to access your account online

Once you’ve created your account, you can access your account online through any device at the Prescription Hope login page. All you have to do to access your account is enter your email address and password, then click login.

Within your account, you can view and manage:

• Your contact information
• Your medication information
• Your healthcare provider information
• Your payment and billing information
• View (download or print) and upload any requested information

Not sure what email you used
