Your first order of medication is typically received 2 to 4 weeks after all requested paperwork is received from you and your healthcare provider. Where the medication is delivered, as well as the method of delivery, is determined by each individual pharmaceutical manufacturer. Medications that need to be temperature controlled will be shipped on dry ice to ensure safety of the medication.
Note: The 2 to 4 week delivery after all paperwork is received should only happen with the initial fill. After the initial fill, our advocates ensure that your refills are managed automatically.
